If you’ve been around the internet for a while then you know that the keto diet is a higher fat, moderate protein diet. By restricting carbohydrates, you enter a state of ketosis that provides longer energy without any blood sugar crash.

When it comes to what to eat on the keto diet, the food list is very basic which makes the diet so easy to follow. I’ve broken things down into 7 different food categories.
